My name is Paul Ingles and I work at Forward on our internal distributed data processing systems.
Before joining Forward I was a Technical Lead for ThoughtWorks, a global IT consultancy, for over 2 and a half years; during which I helped deliver and coach many teams on Java and .NET and agile software development.
